Our Techniques
Here is an overview of some of the services we can provide.

Myofascial Release
In the body the fascia holds everything together and separates each body tissue. This is the connective tissue that surrounds the bones (periosteum), the muscles (myofascia), the organs (visceral fascia), and connects everything through tendons and ligaments.
Damage in these tissue happens regularly and the body heals these injuries. Sometimes, it does not do the best job healing and that's where we come in.

Cupping
You may have seen small circular marks on someone's back in the past. Cupping helps to improve muscle function especially after injury.
The technique works by decompressing tissues through suction pressure and pulls layers apart. The tissues are stretched and rebuild.

Lymphatic drainage/ flush
The lymphatic system is part of the immune system that works with the circulatory system.
Problems with the lymph system can give the outward appearance of puffy or swollen tissues with deeper issues of reduced immune function. We can help flush the tissues to improve function.
